UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan Hosts Veg Banquet for PM Modi featuring Date Salad and Carrot Tandoori

In a special banquet held at Abu Dhabi’s Qasr-al-Watan presidential palace, UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan treated Prime Minister Narendra Modi to a sumptuous vegetarian meal. The menu included delectable dishes such as Dates Salad, Grilled Vegetables in Masala Sauce, and Carrot Tandoori.
The salad option consisted of a delightful combination of Harees (wheat) and Dates Salad, served alongside fresh local organic vegetables. The starters included mouthwatering Grilled Vegetables in Masala Sauce. For the main course, the esteemed guests were served a delectable spread of Black Lentils, local Harees (wheat), and tantalizing Cauliflower and Carrot Tandoori.
To end the meal on a sweet note, a delightful selection of local seasonal fruits was presented for dessert. The menu card for the banquet emphasized that all the meals were entirely vegetarian, prepared with vegetable oils, and free from dairy or egg products.
This grand banquet was organized as part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s day-long visit to Abu Dhabi, which was extended as an invitation from UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan.
