WhatsApp has introduced a highly anticipated feature for iOS users, allowing them to share their screens during video calls. With a large user base globally, WhatsApp continuously strives to enhance its messaging platform and meet user demands. Following the successful launch of screen sharing for Android users, the company has extended this functionality to iOS users, including iPhone users. This expansion demonstrates WhatsApp’s commitment to delivering a seamless and enriched messaging experience across different platforms.
The screen sharing feature is now being rolled out to iOS users, starting with a selected group of beta users. To access this feature, users can install the WhatsApp beta version 18.104.22.168 update, as reported by Wabetainfo. Once updated, iOS users can enjoy the screen-sharing functionality directly within the WhatsApp application.
With the latest update, iOS users can leverage the screen-sharing feature during video calls, enabling them to share the contents of their screens with the other participants. During a video call, users will find the screen-sharing icon conveniently located at the bottom of the screen. By tapping on this icon, users can instantly share their phone screens with all participants in the ongoing video call.
Please note that this feature is currently available exclusively for beta users. After a successful testing phase, WhatsApp plans to gradually roll out the screen sharing feature to a wider user base. Users who are not part of the beta program may need to patiently wait until the feature becomes available to them.
Stay tuned for future updates and announcements as WhatsApp continues to enhance its messaging platform to cater to the evolving needs of its users.
