Bhopal Exhibition Marks Nine Years of Modi’s Rule, Inaugurated by Nadda
JP Nadda, the president of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), will inaugurate an exhibition in Bhopal on Monday, dedicated to showcasing the accomplishments of the Narendra Modi government over the past nine years.
VD Sharma, the BJP president in Madhya Pradesh, revealed that Nadda will arrive in Bhopal via a special plane at 4 PM on Monday. Apart from inaugurating the exhibition, he will also conduct a meeting with party officials.
Simultaneously, the BJP organized a gathering of notable individuals in the state capital, with the presence of Tarun Chugh, the party’s national general secretary. Attendees wore black ribbons as a sign of protest against the imposition of the Emergency on the night of June 25, 1975.
Chugh emphasized that the nation would always remember the somber period of the Emergency, during which the Congress party suppressed the Constitution and undermined democracy.
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to arrive in Madhya Pradesh. VD Sharma confirmed that Modi would conduct a road show from Raj Bhawan to the Police Control Room.

During the meeting, Chugh emphatically stressed that the dark days of the Emergency would forever remain etched in the nation’s collective memory. He highlighted how the Congress party, at that time, blatantly suppressed the Constitution and gravely undermined the principles of democracy, leaving an indelible impact on the country’s history.
